Allison - I enjoy your blog. Your mom shared it with me. Your pictures are wonderful, and your children are as darling as ever. You are AMAZING! I can't believe you are doing these life-threatening workouts. You are inspiring me (just to go on the treadmill and do Curves - nothing so drasic as yours).

this sounds deathly for sure. ack. help. my legs. you should include descriptions for all of these. for those of us not knowledgeable in the ways of the sumo push or whatever it's called, i'd like to know. sounds very difficult.

This, would kill me. I just started dieting and working out again this week (after a scary episode involving a swimsuit). I rode my bike this week and have quite a sore tush! You really are inspiring!
